Canteen Connect — Taste the Harmony of Togetherness

The operating standard

A system you cansee and verify.

Premium is not an adjective. It is a routine you can inspect — from the first ingredient check to the last record of the day.

Six disciplines

How we run every canteen.

  1. 01

    Understand the site

Headcount, shifts, food culture, kitchen layout, statutory requirements and budget — assessed on site before any proposal is written.

  2. 02

    Plan the menu cycle

A rotating, balanced vegetarian menu agreed with you in advance, adapted to regional taste and dietary needs.

  3. 03

    Source and prepare

Ingredient checks at receiving, disciplined prep, portion control and clean, separated work zones.

  4. 04

    Serve with consistency

Trained service staff, uniform standards across shifts, and timings that follow your operation.

  5. 05

    Check and record

Daily hygiene and kitchen checklists, supervisor sign-offs and records that are ready when an auditor asks.

  6. 06

    Listen and improve

A simple feedback loop with your people, reviewed with you regularly so quality moves up, not down.

A day in the kitchen

The daily rhythm.

Indicative. Every site follows its own shift calendar.

  1. 05:30

    Receiving & checks

Ingredients received, inspected and stored. Kitchen opened against a checklist.

  2. 07:00

    Preparation begins

Cutting, batching and cooking in separated, clean work zones.

  3. 09:00

    Tea & breakfast

First service of the day, set up and staffed before the first shift settles in.

  4. 11:30

    Lunch cooking

Menu-cycle items cooked to schedule so food is fresh at the counter.

  5. 12:30

    The service peak

Trained service staff, supervised flow and consistent portions.

  6. 15:00

    Clean-down

Deep clean, utensil wash, waste segregation and stores reconciliation.

  7. 16:30

    Snacks & evening shift

Evening snacks and shift-aligned service where required.

  8. 21:30

    Close & record

Daily records signed off, feedback noted, tomorrow’s menu confirmed.

Engagement

From first visit to steady service.

  1. 1

    Site visit & assessment

We visit, listen and assess — at no cost.

  2. 2

    Proposal

A transparent proposal with a clear operating model and menu.

  3. 3

    Pilot / mobilisation

Teams, systems and kitchen set up and tested with your input.

  4. 4

    Steady-state operations

Daily service, reviews and continuous improvement.
